Ricoh Europe is a leading digital services company that empowers digital workplaces and enables people to work smarter. When the pandemic hit, Brands2Life supported Ricoh to pivot its marketing function through a series of campaigns to help its customers adjust to remote and hybrid working.
Working closely with Ricoh Europe, Brands2Life developed the Work Together, Anywhere brand campaign architecture and messaging, as well as PR, content, organic and paid social strategy, and a hero video. We then evolved the campaign, firstly by creating tailored content for Ricoh’s critical market segments and buyer personas, including research-led reports, organic social and blog content, as well as tailored messaging to support the sales team; secondly by evolving the conversation towards sustainability, with a focus on how remote and hybrid working solutions can support businesses’ objectives in this area.
The campaign continues to be the main communications platform for 24 of Ricoh’s operating countries, providing consistent messaging, visual identity and demand generation assets. Since launching, it has generated 3.4 million organic social impressions, 380K+ website visits, 450+ pieces of coverage and brought in 35,182 high quality leads for the business.
Ricoh has also received positive engagement from a range of analysts for the campaign.
