London 19th August – Leading independent communications agency, Brands2Life – ‘The Agency for the Brands Transforming Our World’ – announces today that an Employee Owned Trust (EOT) has acquired a majority of the shares for and on behalf of the staff.
Co-Founders Giles Fraser and Sarah Scales will continue to lead the business and will remain the agency’s largest individual shareholders after the EOT.
Giles and Sarah commented, “We’ve always said that our staff are our biggest and most important asset – that’s why we put them into our corporate identity two years ago – so this move will enable us to further reward and motivate everyone here. An EOT enables businesses to give staff greater involvement in the business and share in the future value.
