Brands2Life in Residence

Bringing the Bigger Picture to Life
A 360° experience for brand and communications leaders.
1st October 2026. Morning 08:30 AM – 12:30 PM and Afternoon 13:00 PM
17:00 PM

AI, creator culture and changing news habits are reshaping how brands earn attention and build trust. Past issues can quickly resurface, the channels and people brands have today aren’t always working as hard as they could, and new technologies and behaviours are changing how reputation and influence will be built tomorrow. Understanding how these forces connect – and where to focus your attention – is becoming essential for communications leaders.

Across three hour-long sessions, Brands2Life In Residence will bring this bigger picture to life.

You’ll move through three connected, interactive experiences: protecting your organisation from the issues that could resurface, activating the potential within your brand today, and anticipating the different futures your business may need to navigate.

These are working sessions built around dialogue, participation and practical application. You’ll examine your own organisation, challenge assumptions and work alongside specialists to identify clear priorities and actions.

Three rooms. Three perspectives. One 360° view of what your brand needs next.

The Futures Room

The way business decisions are shaped is becoming more complex. Creators, unseen stakeholders, AI-powered discovery and expanding buying groups are changing how brands build trust, relevance and momentum.

Led by Brands2Life’s Business Technology team in partnership with Truth Consulting, this interactive scenario-planning workshop will take you beyond trend-spotting to explore the different futures your organisation may need to navigate.

You’ll step into a possible future, examine the opportunities and threats it creates, and work with others to turn uncertainty into strategic action. Come ready to question today’s assumptions, consider what could change and begin building a plan that is ready for more than one version of tomorrow.

The Readiness Room

Reputation has a long memory. Legacy issues, emerging risks and unresolved vulnerabilities can return to the spotlight without warning. The question is: how ready is your organisation to respond?

This fast-paced, interactive session will put your crisis preparedness to the test. Using our proprietary diagnostic framework, we’ll examine the factors that shape resilience, identify potential gaps and build a live picture of your organisation’s readiness.

You’ll leave with a tailored readiness score, a clearer understanding of where vulnerabilities may lie and practical priorities to strengthen your response before the headline hits. Expect honest questions, useful provocations and actions you can put to work straight away.

The Impact Room

Some of your brand’s greatest potential may already be hiding in plain sight. LinkedIn brings together your brand channels, leaders, employees, creators and paid activity – but are they working as one connected ecosystem?

In this practical session, we’ll explore how effectively your organisation is showing up and where the biggest opportunities may lie. We’ll look at how your presence compares with competitors, how your people can extend your brand’s reach and why LinkedIn is becoming increasingly important to how organisations are discovered and surfaced by AI platforms.

Using your existing LinkedIn presence as our starting point, we’ll identify gaps, uncover opportunities and turn insight into tangible actions aligned with your business and communications goals.
