Senior Account Manager – Consumer

With a growing consumer team, we’re excited to be looking for a fantastic Senior Account Manager ready for the next step in their career.

What we’re looking for?

Someone with passion, proactivity, interest and media landscape understanding (and contacts) in the ‘consumer PR’ space.

Ideally with experience across gaming and sports – but travel, consumer tech and lifestyle experience is also relevant and beneficial to our clients.

We’re looking for someone to be part of the team, managing up and down, happy to get stuck in to get the job in hand done. No job is too big or small – we’re all in it together!

As an SAM, you’ll play a big role leading the day-to-day on your accounts:

  • Striving to deliver the best media relations – you’ll have excellent contacts – across national, lifestyle, online and ideally with a nod to tech – to get the results
  • Delivering brilliant results – you know what works and can draft the perfect media pitch through to leading the sell-ins – you’ll have demonstrated time and time again the great results you’ve achieved
  • Day to day account and client management – to exceed client expectations; you’ll play a leading role in ensuring brilliant delivery of daily, weekly and monthly activity. You’ll be the main point of contact for your clients – keeping them up to date with the developments.
  • Motivating teams – not only to do the job in hand and deliver strong client relations but also encouraging and supporting team members around you to grow and learn
  • Great written work – from writing up ideas in pitch decks through to press releases, briefing documents and more for this level in hand
  • Passion for the wider integrated mix – pairing influencer work along with PR-able content to maximise brilliant consumer PR output
