Junior Creative

We are looking to hire a talented and motivated Junior Creative to sit within our central team who shape the strategic and creative solutions for teams across the agency. This candidate will report into the Creative Director. 

You will be playing a pivotal part in the providing creative support across the agency. Working across multiple sectors and industries from consumer and corporate through to healthcare and business technology, you will have a strong focus on earned and social and be responsible for delivering better stories with better impact. 

We are looking for a curious, progressive thinker, motivated and proactive worker and a confident presenter. You will work closely with the rest of the central team including researchers, data analysts, strategist and creative directors, and of course the wider teams, to deliver award winning ideas across the agency. 

Ideal candidate:  

  • Has experience working in a PR and/or social agency as a creative across B2C and B2B clients. 
  • A history of coming up with, pitching and delivering creative work with a focus on earned and social. 
  • You can execute top-calibre work on time and to agreed deadlines… often at speed.  
  • You’ll also be able to work seamlessly with account and production teams, and understand the various steps involved in getting from initial concept to final output.  
  • You’ll be an excellent communicator and easily able to make people see potentially complex creative visions. You’ll also be able to express yourself and your ideas clearly and simply. 
  • Organisation will be second nature to you, and you’ll have no problem juggling multiple projects at any one time, reporting to the Creative Director. 
  • You will be open-minded able to work collaboratively and independently.  
  • Confident in prepping and leading brainstorms, identifying a selection of ideas to be developed. 
  • Whilst earned and social will be a focus, you will be motivated to create tactical and conceptual campaign ideas that work across different channels. 
  • Be naturally inquisitive and curious about new trends, news, culture, industry changes and a genuine desire to keep up with the latest creative developments. 
  • As a conceptual thinking, you’ll be motivated to find unexpected unobvious creative solutions and push the boundaries of brave thinking across multiple clients and sectors. 
  • You will also be able to appreciate the creative process set by Brands2Life and ensure teams you work with follow those guidelines. 
  • You will act as a creative guardian – ensuring your idea follows the strategic narrative, remains on brief, and meets the client objectives. 
  • You will support the agency in mentoring creative talent from within the business – offering support to our Creative Council. 
  • You’ll be entirely happy with the functions of all major and up-and-coming social media platforms.  
  • An ability to visually bring your ideas to life through photoshop / illustration would be a massive bonus for a potential candidate.
