Truckstop: Increasing brand awareness

Highlighting the challenges facing the
trucking profession.

Challenge

Truckstop.com is a trusted partner for carriers, brokers and shippers – empowering the freight community through a platform of innovative solutions for the entire freight lifecycle to increase efficiency, automate processes, and accelerate growth.

Brands2Life had the objective of increasing media coverage of Truckstop.com and raising awareness of the business and its expertise in the trucking industry. Also, the goal to further position Truckstop.com as a friend and advocate for carriers.

Story

Brands2Life drafted and executed a survey of 500 truck drivers, revealing the benefits and challenges of the trucking profession. We then developed a press release and distributed to tier-one business and trade media publications.

We provided support in the development of an infographic highlighting results shared on social and with media and the ideation of truck driver “appreciation booths” at three Roady’s truck stop locations, and a landing page on Truckstop.com highlighting the “Rockstars of the Road

Impact

The campaign delivered coverage in all key vertical media publications and the planned Roady’s ‘appreciation booths’ were considered a big success.

The campaign was also continued into the 2021 holiday season to further amplify the survey data tied to holiday trends – looking at truck drivers who are planning to pick up extra shifts between October – January.
