Senior Account Director – Consumer

What we’re looking for?

We’re looking for an all-rounder that has strong gaming experience – ideally combined with the ability to run wider consumer client accounts across sectors including tech, sports, travel and lifestyle.

Someone with passion, proactivity, interest and media landscape understanding (and contacts) in the gaming and ‘consumer PR’ space.

We’re looking for someone to be part of the team – managing up and down, happy to get stuck in to get the job in hand done – no job is too big or small – we’re all in it together!

As an SAD, you’ll play a big role leading the day-to-day on your accounts:

  • Day to day account management – you’ll be the day-to-day lead on your accounts – driving brilliance, exceeding client expectations; ensuring delivery of daily, weekly and monthly activity – but also looking ahead, the bigger picture of their comms. You’ll be the main point of contact for your clients
  • Managing budgets – and team time, ensuring that all runs to clockwork and within service levels
  • Motivating teams – not only to do the job in hand and deliver strong client relations but also encouraging and supporting team members around you to grow and learn
  • Striving to deliver the best media relations – you’ll have excellent contacts – across national, lifestyle, online and ideally with a nod to tech – to get the results
  • Senior client handling and counsel – you get to know clients and know what works for them so you can be an advisor. Bringing in strategic guidance. The greater support you are, the more you can grow your clients too.
  • Being involved in new business and planning – writing proposals – learning to write a pitch from start to finish – with a wider team around you (you’ll never be working alone on such, always keen to say!) – writing up ideas in pitch decks. Good writing skills a must
