A remarkable launch: Nikon Big Hands

Nikon tasked Brands2Life with implementing a ‘remarkable’ tease and reveal European launch for the Nikon 1.

We created seven pairs of six metre high waiting hands which were erected overnight in seven European cities. For three days the installation remained unbranded – apart from a QR code and Twitter hashtag; on launch day a supersized replica of the Nikon 1 was inserted into the hands. The camera received 698 pieces of coverage, over three million people saw the Big Hands in situ and the #thebighands achieved a Twitter reach of over one million.
