Brands2Life nominated for two awards at CIM’s Marketing Excellence Awards
London, 22nd January 2016 – Following yesterday’s PRWeek Best Places to Work nomination, Brands2Life has been shortlisted twice at the Chartered Institute of Marketing’s Marketing Excellence Awards. Brands2Life received the two nominations in the Brand Experience category for our work with Appletiser and Virgin Media.
Brands2Life and Appletiser came together to raise awareness and add sparkle back into the premium adult soft drink through its Official Soft Drink sponsorship of Ascot Racecourse. Our approach to raise awareness of the brand was through PR, Social and experiential events where activity saw over 11,000 Appletiser samples given away; 19 pieces of editorial coverage and over 51,000 cocktail and mocktail video views.
Our campaign with Virgin Media’s #HighSpeedSelfie campaign saw over 4,000 people across six public activations blasted by a ‘high speed selfie booth’ packing 270mph winds to experience Virgin Media’s ultrafast broadband. The High Speed Selfie generated 226 pieces of coverage with a third of all coverage including a link to Virgin Media’s virginmedia.com/cablemystreet site where 2,500 people logged on to register their interest for ultrafast broadband in the first public activation alone.
