What are we looking for?

After a period of sustained growth, we’re excited to be expanding our cross-media creative & production studio team, enabling creative service excellence throughout the agency.

We’re looking for a talented early Mid-Weight Multimedia Designer to support our Studio team on the conception and production of our creative output.

The selected candidate will work closely with our senior creative team and project managers on both social media retainers, brand and PR collateral; therefore, skills in building static, print assets, illustrations and a notion of motion design are desirable.

We are very keen to find an early Mid-Weight Multimedia Designer who is passionate and keen to learn new skills, someone who keeps on top of new trends in content creation, and who wants to learn how to storytell while being a talented hands-on designer.

The role will support 3 main streams: PR, Digital & Social and Marketing. The nature of the job is extremely well-rounded, and you will be expected to work in areas as diverse as digital content creation, branding with a touch of UI and motion.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and create assets for our social team including digital statics, illustrations, branding, social skins and templates, some form of motion. Support for PR collateral such as reports and print assets.
  • Work with senior team members to create and present concept boards and storyboards.
  • Make sure that assets can quickly be repurposed, cutting down on future design time.
  • Adapt design based on existing creative and feedback from internal stakeholders.
  • Internally presenting work coherently and persuasively. Always justify your work and research.

  • Passionate about creative content creation, new trends, tech and innovation.
  • A creative thinker with great design skills.
  • Ambition to learn and produce award-winning work.
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding and appreciation for the distinction between creative expression and commercial production.
  • You are bold yet calm and inquisitive.
  • Ability to accept critical feedback and respond accordingly.
  • A small portfolio showcasing strong design skills, considered use of typography and creative ideas
  • Some motion and illustration skills are welcomed.
  • Able to perform well under pressure and prepared to put in the hours when a project requires it.

Experience:

The ideal candidate will already have solid design experience in a digital agency (or in-house) environment.
