As COO my role is to ensure that both we and our clients are getting the most out of our partnership. I work closely with the Co-Founders and my board colleagues to ensure that we’re reflecting best-in-class industry standards in the way we operate. It’s a relatively new role here and one I am relishing getting stuck into.

I always wanted to work for an ambitious agency but the variety and depth of my role keeps expanding and challenging me. From commissioning an office re-design to embrace hybrid working through negotiating contracts and finding new suppliers, the role takes in every aspect of agency life.

I joined Brands2Life from the Orion Publishing Group in 2008, having achieved my ACCA qualification. Since then the agency has trebled in size and I now oversee a team that includes finance, operations and IT, and work closely with my colleagues in the US as well as those in London.
