Cards with Heart charms Campaigns for Good Awards judges
We are delighted to announce that our Cards with Heart campaign, created with Moonpig has been shortlisted at the Campaigns For Good Awards. The first award programme of its kind to recognise the best campaigns with good causes at their heart has been created by PRWeek, Campaign and Third Sector. As featured in The Drum, our Cards with Heart campaign set out to encourage members of the public to sign up to the organ donor register, and crucially, share their decision.
To help Moonpig stand out from the crowd at Valentine’s Day, Brands2Life formed a partnership with NHS Blood and Transplant to allow customers to swap their usual Valentine’s day card for an organ donor card. The limited-edition range of six free cards aimed to kick-start a conversation on organ donation and prompt couples tell their loved ones about their decision. This conversation matters because organ donation doesn’t go ahead without a family’s support, regardless of whether someone has signed up to the NHS Organ Donor Register.
The campaign delivered on its objectives of driving traffic to the website at a crucial period, building positive sentiment for Moonpig as a ‘brand with heart’ and creating higher levels of engagement and reach on Moonpig’s social media channels.
The full shortlist is available here and the winners will be announced in September.
