Junior Recruiter (FTC maternity cover)

We are currently looking for an ambitious Junior Recruiter to join our very busy and successful in-house Recruitment team. This role will be covering maternity leave on a FTC (nine months with a possibility to extend). We now have over 170 staff in London, New York and San Francisco, and the Recruitment team have had a big part to play in this success. This busy role will be supporting the team as well as working with members of staff at all levels across the business.

Key responsibilities of this role will include writing job adverts and posting them on relevant platforms (social media etc), responding to direct applications, maintaining our recruitment database, arranging and confirming interviews and giving detailed feedback to both candidates and line managers. Helping to support the freelancer booking and management process is a big part of the role, therefore good organisational skills and multitasking are a must have. Strong knowledge of IR35 is beneficial.

The perfect candidate will be a confident communicator (verbal and written) and have previous experience within a busy recruitment role – ideally within an in-house team in a similar industry, such as Public Relations, Digital and Social Media or Marketing. They will offer imperative day to day administration support throughout the end-to-end recruitment cycle, assisting Brands2Life in hiring the very best talent!
