IT Support Executive

Brands2Life is an award-winning, integrated communications agency with over 170 staff based in London, New York and San Francisco. Following the tremendous success and growth of the agency, we are looking to grow our in-house IT team by hiring an IT Support Executive, whose main responsibility will be to assist on a wide range of day-to-day technical support requests, as well as adding weight to a number of major internal tech projects. This is a fantastic and rewarding opportunity for someone who is either looking to put their training in IT systems into practice or looking to take the next step in their career in tech infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in keeping abreast with all things technology and will also have a familiarity with Office 365 inc. Microsoft Teams & SharePoint Online, Windows 10+ and remote and in-person desktop support. Due to the nature of our agency, we are looking for a confident communicator (both verbal and written) and someone who is comfortable working directly with the teams across the agency (UK & US).

Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Desktop support, both remote and in person
  • User account administration
  • AV Support
  • Device configuration and new starter onboarding
  • Inventory Management

Experience in any of the following areas would also be beneficial:

  • Active Directory
  • Azure AD
  • Intune
  • MacOS 11+
  • Networking
  • Inventory Management
  • Windows Autopilot
  • Endpoint security
  • Google Workspace
