Account Director (B2B), Marketing Services
We have a fantastic opportunity for a self-starting B2B Account Director to join us to work on several big-name clients in our multi-award-winning Marketing Services team. We’re looking for a trusted client partner who’s excited by a new challenge where they can deliver the best work of their career.
Experience should include developing and implementing through-the-line, campaigns for top-tier B2B brands, which are ideally international in their nature. Experience of developing strategic and creative platforms for clients and then taking a campaign concept through to integrated execution with channel experience including digital display, social, paid social, web. Experience of print channels (press ads, direct mail is preferred by not essential).
The candidate should be passionate about delivering first class client service and remain calm under pressure. We’re looking for a self-motivated, organised Account Director who possesses flawless attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities across several accounts. They should be comfortable with challenging clients and the status quo, demonstrating natural curiosity.
The successful candidate would be expected to manage existing top tier technology accounts (from hot tech scale-ups through to enterprise leaders) as well as support on new business growth.
An interest in technology is essential, however there is also the opportunity for the candidate to work across other sectors such as health tech and professional services.
The candidate would be joining a rapidly growing practice area and would have line management responsibilities for junior teams.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Highly credible experience in a B2B marketing (creative agency or client side)
- Integrated channel experience: e.g. Digital display, social, paid social, OOH
- Clear understanding of the creative and planning process
- Commercially orientated – proven track record in managing account finances and growing accounts
- Flawless project management skills – and the ability to ensure client briefs are navigated through the agency, delivering on time and budget
- Experience working on both brand and direct response campaigns preferred
- Line management experience and the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Self-starting, confident client services professional
- B2B technology experience is preferred
