For the last twelve years brands such as Cisco, Google, Intel and Nokia have turned to our dedicated Speaker Bureau team to use conferences and events as a strategic marketing tool. Our team is the largest of its kind in Europe and provides a fully outsourced solution for clients to find the right conferences and events for corporate spokespeople.
Our services include designing speaker programmes, organising proactive placements, evaluating incoming requests, designing content for conference programmes and negotiating sponsorship.

The Head of Cisco Inc.’s Corporate Speaker Bureau tasked Brands2Life with conducting conference and evaluation research into its emerging markets theatre, which includes Middle East, Eastern Europe, Central & South America, Africa and Asia/Pacific.
Over four weeks, Brands2Life carried out research using its proprietary web-based methods and databases, contacts, experience and expertise to capture all the events. Each event was drilled down further, judging it against briefing criteria such as audience profile, benefit to Cisco, media attendance, and opportunities for leveraging presence. The list was finalised by providing a concise recommendation for each event for Cisco’s participation or involvement.
The research has proved invaluable to Cisco’s efforts in emerging markets and now forms the basis of its executive speaker programme strategy in this theatre. Based on its success, Cisco made the decision to retain Brands2Life as its agency of record for all speaker bureau activity outside of the US.
Brands2Life was tasked by Google Enterprise EMEA with generating awareness of its cloud offering amongst the target audience through a conference speaking programme. Google Enterprise had never had a speaking programme before so we had to start from scratch and deal with regional agencies with no experience in running speaking programmes.
Brands2Life worked with Google Enterprise to develop a strategy for both the reactive element of the programme (evaluation of invites) and the proactive element (research and placement) in addition to developing strategy and best practice methods for the six regional PR agencies to follow.
We created a “Master Events Database”, containing over 170 events which was updated by local agencies and vetted and maintained by Brands2Life. Brands2Life also functioned as an advisor to all EMEA agencies, providing knowledge and best practice for researching and their individual elements of the speaking programme.
