Junior Receptionist

We are looking to hire a polite and engaging Junior Receptionist for our busy office in Southwark. Your core role will be to support our existing Receptionist with managing our busy switchboard. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kick start their career in reception/office support.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering and transferring all incoming calls
  • Taking and relaying messages accurately and efficiently
  • Covering main reception as required

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communications skills and plenty of initiative. You will be enthusiastic and friendly to all callers and will ensure you relay any messages to the team accurately and efficiently. A pride in your work and excellent attention to detail is essential.
