Mid-Weight Designer

Are you a Designer who loves working on innovative and engaging client presentations using the latest design ideas and techniques? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for a creative mid-weight designer to join our Marketing and New Business team. Reporting directly to our Head of Marketing and New Business and working closely with our two Co-Founders and the rest of the board, this person will play an important role in the continued success of our agency.

This opportunity will be working alongside and mentoring a Junior Presentation Designer as well as our other market-leading designers from our in-house studio.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to create conceptual designs and master PowerPoint templates, produce high-quality graphics and mock ups in PowerPoint, InDesign, Illustrator, Word and Photoshop. They will be working with the in-house marketing team to ensure all branded materials are created to the highest standard; and support all pitch meetings to create collateral which communicates our work and agency capabilities in the best possible way. Another key part of the role will be to create and design external mailers (printed and online), taking responsibility for the look and feel of our brand across all external communications including the agency’s website, social channels and events to ensure consistency at all times.

This role would best suit someone with a thirst for creativity and an ambition to further the agency’s brand and growth. Previous agency experience, and someone who is used to a fast-paced culture where multi-tasking, keeping a cool head, being proactive and meeting tight deadlines are important.

Experience in designing documents in PowerPoint and Word are essential, as well as being a competent user in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Knowledge of WordPress, e-marketing platforms and HTML5 would also be beneficial.
