Brands2Life win Technology Campaign of the Year at the PRWeek Awards

19th October 2016, London – Following our award win at the Masters of Marketing Awards earlier this month, Brands2Life is thrilled to announce that our work with Virgin Media’s High Speed Selfie campaign was named Technology Campaign of the Year’ at the PRWeek Awards last night. The award is a celebration of the most effective campaign in the technology sector with the judges commending the experiential PR campaign’s “powerful images that told a great story with real results.”

Driving awareness around the landmark investment from Virgin Media demanded an innovative and unique launch to captivate members of the public from across the country. The experiential campaign brought to life Virgin Media’s broadband proposition with an engaging, full-throttle mechanic. Together with Hashtag we built the world’s first High Speed Selfie Booth with 4,000 people ‘blown away’ by 270 mph winds. Generating 226 pieces of coverage, the campaign successfully raised awareness of Virgin Media’s broadband network expansion and drove registrations for the service.

The win followed a stellar award night with Brands2Life also winning a silver award for ‘Best use of Existing Social Media Platforms’ for our work with LinkedIn at the Digital Impact Awards.
