London, 21st September 2016- Brands2Life has been shortlisted for a record seven award nominations at the PRCA Awards. Showcasing the best that the UK and international PR industry has to offer, the PRCA Awards has nominated Brands2Life for its work with Gemalto, Intuit QuickBooks, LinkedIn, Virgin Media and Zopa in the following categories: Best Employee Engagement, Best B2B Campaign, Best City and Corporate Communications, Best Consumer – High Budget, Best Technology and for the Corporate, Financial and Investor Relations Award. We have also been nominated for Large Consultancy of the Year, for which we are the current 2015 winners.
Nominated for the B2B Award, our #AccountsDone campaign with Intuit QuickBooks stretched well beyond the bounds of traditional PR, including social, digital, TV, press and outdoor. We also delivered the agency’s first ever TV advertising creative, running across all mainstream UK TV channels, and national radio. This integrated campaign sat at the heart of Intuit’s marketing programme for a year and consistently delivered tangible results with real business impact.
Shortlisted for both the Consumer – High Budget and the Technology Award, the agency’s work with the Virgin Media’s High Speed Selfie experiential campaign has already been widely recognised at industry leading awards. The stunt saw 4,000 people ‘blown away’ by an immersive selfie booth, generating 226 pieces of coverage and successfully spreading demand for Virgin Media’s broadband network expansion.
Brands2Life has also been nominated for the City and Corporate Communications Award for our work with LinkedIn’s ‘Bring In Your Parents’ (BIYP) campaign. After running the campaign for three years, this is the first time Brands2Life executed a social media led campaign for BIYP and successfully shifted the focus from company participation, to individual engagement. Surpassing all aims and expectations, the campaign achieved over 430 pieces of coverage across 18 markets.
Nominated for the Employee Engagement Award, digital security company Gemalto’s Social Media Superstars saw Brands2Life successfully deliver and execute a global social media strategy. Now in its third year the employee engagement campaign has reached 18 countries around the world, delivering both brand exposure and supported sales engagement for Gemalto.
For our work with peer-to-peer lending service, Zopa which has been nominated for the Corporate, Financial and Investor Relations award, we got to the heart of Britain’s debt culture and discovered that Brits face debt till the age of 69. Creating the ‘Debt Free Birthday’, our strategic campaign increased organic traffic to the Zopa website by 23 per cent and generated a total of 401 pieces of coverage.
Finally, to add to our six award nominations, Brands2Life has been shortlisted in the highly competitive Large Consultancy of the Year category following our most successful year yet. We put that down to our delivery on our industry-leading proposition – delivering digitally-led integrated communications for Business Impact.
