Brands2Life Scoops PRCA International Campaign of the Year

London, 9th November – Brands2Life is delighted to announce that our work with LinkedIn’s Bring In Your Parents campaign (BIYP) has picked up its fourth industry award win. We are thrilled that the campaign has been recognised as Best International Campaign at the PRCA awards, one of the leading awards programmes in the PR calendar. Showcasing the best that the UK and international PR industry has to offer, the award recognises work that engages with international media.

Now in its fourth year, the 2015 BIYP campaign needed to be both emotionally meaningful and tap into existing cultural narratives across the world. To generate national and lifestyle media coverage, we commissioned a piece of global research (surveying 20,000 workers and parents) and worked with a psychologist to identify different parenting styles and reveal the type of parenting employees were looking for.

Using social channels to build momentum, we produced and translated shareable content for 18 markets. Collaborating with production company Joseph & Joseph we created a funny and engaging video designed to highlight how little parents know about what their offspring do. The campaign was a huge success surpassing all aims and expectations, achieving over 430 pieces of coverage across 18 markets. BIYP 2015 was also the most social yet with over 7,000 mentions, a potential reach of 92 million (Twitter) and three million views of the video.

We had a fabulous time at the awards dinner, celebrating a further six award nominations, including Large Agency of the Year.
